Hi hissychick, I've been reading about your autoimmune diseases. Please consider reading the website of Dr. John McDougall, www.drmcdougall.com. He says that autoimmune diseases are caused by animal products in the diet, he recommends eating a vegan, non-fat diet for optimum health.
